6 Tips to Help You Stay Hydrated

Most of us know by now that we aren’t drinking enough of water. As we live our lives, we tend to lose water by working out and because our bodies need water to function properly.

Our body will let us know when we are dehydrated - we can experience headaches, dizziness, mood swings, dry skin, muscle cramps, fatigue, body aches and have bad breath according to Water Logic. In order to prevent those from happening and any other serious health consequences, it is important for us to stay hydrated.

We are going to share six tips with you that will help you stay hydrated.

Tip #1: Drink More Water

Start your morning by drinking water. Drink water more often throughout your day instead of reaching for another cup of coffee, soda or juice, replace it with water. You can always have two cups of water then have a different beverage. Then end your day by drinking more water.

Tip #2: Eat More Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are jam-packed with water. Plus they provide your body with essential vitamins and minerals. Instead of eating salt snacks replace them with fruits and vegetables. They will help you keep your body hydrated.

Tip #3: Decrease your Juice and Soda Intake

Soda and juice are just water and sugar which can spike your blood sugar levels and if consumed too much can play a role in diabetes. Decrease how much juice and soda you are consuming on a daily basis.reach for some water instead of drinking juice or soda. Also, your waistline will thank you.

Tip #4: Buy a Reusable Smart Water Bottle
