Warranty & Returns
We use premium Tritan plastic to give our customers the best quality possible. We stand by the quality and offer lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects. Normal wear, negligence, drops, misuse, and oder are not covered.
- You must contact us and provide issue description, pictures and video that clearly show issue(s) at question
- Damaged product(s) may be asked to be sent back to Hydration Junkie at owner's expense
- Hydration Junkie will further assess damaged product. A new replacement will be mailed to the customer if damages are determined to be caused by manufacturing defects. The customer may be responsible for $8 shipping cost
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, drops, accidents, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumers behalf.
We require photographic proof of the defect and details on how the issue occurred. We will assess the issue and will reply with the next steps.
When submitting your details, please include your order number, along with all other required information, including explanation of your claim.
Warranty claims can take up to 5 days to process. If you'll require a new jug, it could take up to 5 additional days to ship it to you.
All shipping costs are to be paid by the consumer.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can return it within 10 days of the purchase date. Products cannot be broken/damaged in any way.
All returns must contain full name, order number, and the reason for return.
