It's our mission to make hydration a consistent part of every day routine. It is also our mission to create products that will help you hydrate while being efficient and organized, wherever you are.
That is why every single Hydration Junkie® Transporter jug comes with a no-hassle, limited lifetime guarantee.
If any part of your Transporter jug becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning jug.
Note the "non-functioning or defective" part. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, negligence, drops, misuse, and/or odor. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you've been putting your jug to great use. But if there is leakage or another type of manufacturer defect under normal use, and the product is within acceptable time from purchase, don’t worry one bit. We’re behind you all the way. We may request for you to pay for shipping, depending on your location.
We're building our reputation for quality products and offering the best customer service out there, so we're not going to nickel-and-dime you out of a warranty with a bunch of silly exceptions. That said, please don't interpret our limited lifetime guarantee as a license to misuse, neglect, or intentionally destroy your Hydration Junkie® jugs. We reserve the right to not replace a jug that you've mis-used, threw around like a medicine ball, and so forth. Additionally, we reserve the right to not replace, or replace with shipping paid for by the customer, any jugs that were received for free as part of a promotion and/or a sale. We also reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
We have designed and manufactured our jugs as a convenient hydration accessory to be used however you see fit. Hydration Junkie® is not liable for damages to your belongings as a result of misuse of our jugs.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WARRANTY CLAIMS
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can return it within 6 days from receiving it. The package must by postmarked by the 3rd day. Products cannot be used/broken/damaged in any way.
All returns must contain full name, order number, and the reason for return. Products will be assessed to ensure expected condition. Applicable refunds will be made within 5 days from receiving the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
